Master the basics of machine sewing while completing your own project.

A 5 week course run by sewing instructor April Clark , covering:

• Machine set up and troubleshooting

• Terminology

• Sewing 101

• Straight and curved sewing

• Joining seams

• Zips, badges and finishing

All materials and equipment supplied. If you have your own sewing machine or custom fabric you wish to use, please feel free to BYO.
Choose your own finished projects, could include your own bowl cozy, zippered pouch, tote, cushion, lap quilt or placemats.

Suitable for ages 13+
Classes will be held once a week at the PDNC Neighbourhood House.
