COMMUNITY SHED

A place for the community to learn and improve their skills with both machine and hand tools. The Shed offers a great selection of equipment and plenty of space to complete projects; large enough to bring in a car or caravan.

Come and learn, build new things, finish projects or simply hang out and share your knowledge.

PDNC members have exclusive access to online resources and tool tutorials

FACILITIES

The community shed is located at the corner of Passchendale and Tarakan Rds within the Puckapunyal Military Area.

Our facilities provide members the opportunity to work on a huge variety of personal and group projects - from small-scale woodwork through to large caravan restorations.

EQUIPMENT

The community shed sports an extensive catalogue of more than 30 types of specialty hand and machine tools.

Members enjoy access to a library of training resources and hands on instruction to master new trades and equipment.

MEMBERSHIP

To become a member of the Community Shed you will first need to be a member of the PDNC.

Then you need to fill in a Community Shed application form.

Once registered, members are required to undertake a safety brief and tool introduction. This will allow members to gain access to the shed after hours.
